Cullys have professional & field staff in a range of disciplines, capable of undertaking the most complex of engineering commissions. We undertake a large number of projects concurrently, however once we have committed to a project, we maintain the staff and resources to deliver that project on time and within budget. We are pleased to provide the following penpics of our key personnel.

Tom Cull – Managing Director / Electrician

Tom has 35 years experience in Design, specification, installation and commissioning in the electrical and electronic fields. Manufacturing items such as generating units, desalination units, variable speed controls, sewage treatment plants, process management & monitoring systems and switch boards.

Gary Nunan - Northern Territory Manager, Fitter Machinist, Marine Engineer

Gary brings 17 years of experience with him to Cullys in a wide range of industries mainly in the oil and gas production industry, he has also worked in the mining, hydraulic, fishing, and tourism industries, also in various machine-engineering shops.
Gary grew up in the country and has retained his down to earth can do attitude, along with a strong work ethic, he is well travelled is up for a challenge.

As a fully qualified tradesperson, Gary has valuable experience and trade skills only attained through raw saturation to demands and challenges thrown up with new projects.

Gary has come from the shop floor and has worked on most of the oil and gas FPSO, s in the north of Australia; he has also gained global oilfield experience in Europe and Scandinavia.

Gary’s previous role before taking up the Cullys role was senior commissioning mechanical technician aboard Australia’s largest FPSO facility the Woodside/Maersk facility called Ngujima Yin off the coast of Western Australia.
